2. Data collected and purposes
We collect the following personal data exclusively through the meeting booking form:
- Full name — to identify the meeting participant
- Email address — to send booking confirmation and meeting-related communications
- Company name — to provide context for the meeting
Data is processed for the purpose of managing appointments at Netcomm 2026 (Milan, 6-7 May 2026), on behalf of Enterprise Ireland.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on the explicit consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given at the time of completing the booking form.
4. Data retention
Data collected through the booking form is retained for the time strictly necessary to manage the event, and for a maximum period of 12 months from the event date.
5. Data sharing
Your data is shared exclusively with:
- Enterprise Ireland — event organiser, for meeting management purposes
- Resend Inc. — transactional email service provider (US-based, covered by appropriate contractual safeguards)
- Upstash Inc. — cloud database provider for booking management
6. Cookies and analytics
This website uses the following types of cookies:
- Technical cookies (necessary) — used for the functioning of the restricted area. No consent required.
